Free Shipping Worldwide

At NeonPit Garage, we proudly ship worldwide through trusted international carriers including FedEx, DHL, UPS, SF Express, and EMS, who work with local couriers to deliver straight to your door. We offer flat-rate global shipping on all orders.


Order & Payment Processing

Orders are charged at the time of purchase. All payments are subject to verification and approval before shipping, which may take a few days to complete.

To protect against fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification may be delayed or cancelled.


Fulfillment Time

We typically require 1–2 business days to process and prepare your order for shipment.


Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking numbers. Once your order is dispatched to our carrier’s facility, you'll receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with tracking details.

Shipping times vary by region. Below are our estimated delivery windows (in business days, excluding processing time):

Note: Delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, weather, labor strikes, holidays, or other events outside our control.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees, which are determined by your country’s customs office. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

NeonPit Garage has no control over these fees and cannot predict the cost.

If a package is refused and returned due to unpaid fees, the return shipping and customs charges will be deducted from your refund.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Orders

NeonPit Garage is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact your shipping carrier and file a claim.

We use official tracking timestamps and delivery confirmation when reviewing all claims. If not reported in a timely manner, we may be unable to honor replacement requests.


Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is entered at checkout. We process orders immediately and cannot make changes once an order has been placed.

If your order has already been sent to our shipping department, it cannot be retrieved or updated.
