Returns & Refunds Policy

At Neon Pit Garage, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there is a problem with your order, please review the policy below.

Returns

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return:

  • the item must be unused and in its original condition
  • the item must be in its original packaging where possible
  • proof of purchase must be provided

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • custom or personalized items
  • used items
  • items damaged after delivery due to misuse
  • clearance or final sale items, if marked as such

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the item
  • clear photos of the packaging
  • a short description of the issue

We will review the claim and determine the best resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Please note:

  • original shipping costs may be non-refundable unless the issue was our error
  • refund timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • the wrong item was sent
  • the item arrived damaged
  • the item was defective on arrival

Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, the simplest option may be to return the approved item and place a new order.
